UC Davis Undergraduate Education analytics support
As Website Manager for Enrollment and Undergraduate Education at UC Davis, I created a monthly web analytics reporting system to help UE units track marketing performance. This included building a Looker Studio dashboard and a branded monthly analytics email.
Using GA4, I set up custom tracking and visualized key metrics like views, sessions, top pages, and traffic sources. Units could filter by date and site to see what worked—like a 162% traffic jump for Quarter at Aggie Square from a targeted MailChimp campaign, or a 133% spike for Academic Advising tied to a major conference.
To share insights, I designed the EMUE Monthly Web Analytics email, summarizing trends and linking to individual dashboards. The result: clear, consistent data delivery that improved strategic decisions across all UE sites.
